I would like to have a dog, I know it’s too much to ask for but I can handle it.
I have many great reasons on why I want one. First of all, you are unlikely to get robbed with a guard dog. I want a dog because they are fun to be around with. I also want a dog because it can teach me to be responsible.
If you buy me a dog I know for sure taking care of it will teach me how to become more responsible. When I walk the dog we will both be getting exercise instead of being couch potato’s watching television. Think of how happy Evelin
would be. I bet she would love to play with the dog. I know you really hate thieves so if we get a dog we are unlikely to get robbed.
Mom, you may be thinking I am not responsible enough for this job, but if you just let me have a dog I would prove to you that I am. I will be sure to clean up after it and feed it. With the money that Oscar gives me I will be able to buy food for the dog. I will have a schedule planned for when I need to walk it and when I need to take it a bath. I know that we already have a cat but maybe they will get along. If this does not work out we can separate them maybe the dog can be in the backyard while the cat is inside and then they can switch the dog will be in while the cat is outside. I know you will be concerned about the dog destroying furniture but we can train it to sit and stay.
In conclusion if you just took your time to think of all the positive effects you would have to say yes. I will become more responsible and you won’t have trouble telling me to “clean my room”. Look at the bright side you won’t have to fear thieves in our neighborhood anymore, the dog will just scare the thieves away. Mom, please you have to say yes, just think how happy me and Evelin will be. Oh, and one more thing I hope you don't get mad, but the dog is already in your sister's house.
